Mark A. Bichel,  AIA, NCARB

Mark Bichel has worked on many award winning projects throughout his career, i.e. American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. He obtained his architectural license in 1988.  His experiences have covered all aspects of Architectural Design and Construction from $225,000,000 Sports Facilities to Medical Office Buildings to Interior Tenant Improvement projects. Mark earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University in 1979.

Mark has a collaborative approach to designing facilities within childcare, health care, corporate, industrial, sports and public assembly, and hospitality.  Mark's strength lies in a firm understanding of code analysis, ADA compliance, construction administration, programming, and budget.  With this in mind, Mark is well known for his creative use of design to accomodate these principles.  Professionally, he ascribes to the principle that the architect is responsible for instlilling value for the client.  His actions results in a client service philosphy.

Mark has Property Condition Assessment experience containing Debt, Equity, Freddie Mac, Freddie Mac SBL, and Fannie Mae.  Projects range from RV Parks to Multifamily to Office High Rise.

Mark has a professional license in the following states:  Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Texas, and Florida. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) certificate.  Mark has also been a past member of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA).
